Khadijah is passionate about supporting women as they navigate life's many seasons with faith, resilience, and purpose. Through speaking, mentorship, advocacy, and community engagement, she creates spaces where women feel encouraged, equipped, and empowered to grow personally and professionally.
Her work explores topics including marriage, divorce, motherhood, wellness, health, entrepreneurship, leadership, personal growth, and building lives rooted in purpose. By sharing practical insights and lived experiences, Khadijah encourages women to embrace their strength, care for their well-being, and move forward with confidence, courage, and hope.
Khadijah is the founder of RAHMA (Reaching All HIV+ Muslims in America), a nonprofit organization created to address HIV education, awareness, and stigma within Muslim communities.
Through RAHMA, Khadijah recognized the need for compassionate, faith-centered conversations around HIV and created spaces where individuals, families, and communities could access education, support, and connection.
RAHMA’s work led to the creation of National Faith HIV/AIDS Awareness Day, a federally recognized national initiative that brings faith communities together to increase HIV awareness, reduce stigma, and encourage education and support. The awareness day is recognized by HIV.gov and is part of HIV awareness efforts and continues to engage faith communities across the country.
